We run an Appointment System Monday to Friday for both doctors and nurses. You can telephone the surgery from 8.00am to 6.30 pm and you will be offered an appointment with a health care professional the same day where appropriate or within a maximum of 48 hours. You can also book appointments using My Health Online (MHOL) see below.

Pre-bookable appointments are available for GP's between 8.30am and 9.30am Monday - Friday and between 4.30pm and 5.30pm. All other appointments are book on the day. Appointments to see the doctors or nurses are all pre-bookable up to four weeks in advance. The last appointment is usually 6pm. One day per week we have late night surgery until 7.30pm. This is primarily for people who work during the day. The days vary per week. Please ask reception for details.

Our doctors are typically able to see 3-4 patients in the practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit. For this reason, we ask our patients to come to the practice if at all possible. However we can visit you at home if your condition means you cannot attend the practice. If you feel you require a house visit please telephone the surgery on 01633 413258 not later than 10.30am whenever possible. You will be asked for your name, address and telephone number, as well as a brief description of the problem. A doctor may then call you back to decide what action is required.

Help with smoking cessation can be obtained from both the Doctors and the Practice Nurses. We also have a 'Smokers Champion' Lizzie Brewster. Lizzie will be able to give you information where you can get extra help to stop smoking.
